I have a treadmil, rebounder (mini trampoline) and an exercise bike within the house for cold/rainy/windy days. When the weather is nice, we take a scenic walk in on our local desert trail.....easy to stay six feet apart from others and still allow for a "good morning" wave.
We have an exercise trampoline that they like to use. Also sometimes they will run up and down the stairs (I remember the horror of doing this in gym class in public school, and I wouldn't request they do this, but they came up with the idea on their own for exercise!)
Not a problem for us. We live on a large farm, so I just send them outside. In fact, we have invited our friends over to use our property as a retreat (at a distance from us, of course).
