God, then I take a nap because everything looks better after some sleep. :o)
I talk to my husband first, but after that I call my mom. She's completing a 26-year homeschooling journey with my youngest sister graduating this year, and she has wonderful wisdom and good advice. My mother-in-law is also a great resource, and I like to talk to friends who might have experience in a specific area as well.
My Mom not only raised a bunch of kids, she is a godly woman and a trained teacher! Loads of patience and wisdom!
