Back when my husband and I were newly married and college kids we had moved to our new town and met a young couple at our church. We would randomly find money in our bibles. Though they never admitted to the blessings, we are pretty sure it was them! After becoming adults , graduating college, and starting a new journey away from that town and that sweet couple, my husband's sister had passed away and the husband from that same couple showed up at the funeral 3.5 hrs away and totally unexpected! Even though we are miles away from one another now and life has gone on for each of us we will forever be grateful for that couple's friendship!
I was given a kidney by someone whom I do not know, but who wanted to just give the gift of new life to a person in need. My life is completely changed now, and I have the energy I always wanted to continue our homeschool journey. God Bless this person for his/her selfless and generous act.
One of the most unexpected acts of kindness happened in the drive thru at McDonald's. I had ordered a coffee and the lady in front of me paid for it! I have no idea who the kind stranger was, but it was such a nice surprise on a hectic morning.
