I worry if they will be ready and strong enough for adulthood. I don't want them to be too soft and cry over every little thing... Any job they get won't appreciate that. I don't worry about college because there are trade schools and apprenticeship programs. I don't worry about salvation because my kids have all asked Jesus into their life.
Simple. The decaying of society. Will they have the strength and wisdom and tenacity to be a warrior against the anti-God agendas presented? Will they just be passive or will they actively participate and fight the good fight?
I have different concerns for each of my different children. One child I worry because of her/his tender-heart and feeling like they don't fit in with the world (which is a good thing, but hard to deal with at that age.) One child I worry because he/she cares more about science than God. One child I worry about because he/she seems so emotionally unattached from everything. One child I worry about because he/she has no ambition whatsoever and just wants to be taken care of. Children are individuals, and my worries for each are individual.
