With an only child who is also a social butterfly, we are out and about quite a bit during the week. She is involved in church activities, orchestra, Girl Scouts, founder of a book club, and loves to plan events. We are also in three co-ops.
We are involved in a lot of groups in our area and go on a lot of field trips. It helps the kids not get bored. We also have church activities.
I try to get them out and about as much as possible. Sometimes we make special trips for them to see their friends who live father away.
