I'd like to go back and read some of the curriculum for high school that I read originally for credit- not for understanding. There were some incredibly prominent books that as an adult you hear referenced constantly as life changing reads... but at that age I was rushing through missing the meaning but making the grade. Moby Dick, The Odyssey, Tale of Two Cities... the "classics" so to speak. I liked them the first go around but I think I'd enjoy them more the second try.
War and Peace
Atlas Shrugged...an economic, fictional treatise that so many people talk about (yet I suspect few actually read.)
