Hey Mom, have questions about Homeschooling? Here’s what other moms had to say.

Military family? How do you stay connected throughout the year?

Lisa

Not easy. We move about every 2 years. My kids have learned if they like something to jump right in immediately.

We FaceTime and Skype regularly and I try to share pictures of the mundane things that our families would see if we were closer.

We love to Skype and FaceTime and Marco Polo with our family back home. Kids send their cousins video messages on a weekly basis and enjoy getting messages back. I also try to take the kids home for an entire month once a year or every two years. The kids and I love that time with family
