I actually prefer young adult fiction. They open up my mind to a more innocent version of the imagination than the one that mirrors our days on Earth now. I can get lost for as long as I want in a forest filled with Faeries, or a small town riddled with Angels, or even fight in a war between Vampires and Werewolves. What ever the book may hold, I can imagine me there.
I find that the Classics help me know the Truth and enrich my life with true knowledge. This would include both non-fiction such as St. Augustine's Confessions, and fiction such as Inferno by Dante. I also enjoy reading biographies, autobiographies, and memoirs and historical fiction.
