Advil/Ibuprofen for quick relief, but then I make sure to drink plenty of water/fluids to keep it from coming back.
I drink propel and take motrin. For me if I get dehydrated I get bad headaches. Propel grape flavor is good.
Depends on how severe it is. Usually a head, neck, and back massage from one of my sisters-in-law or my husband works wonders, or drinking a couple glasses of water, but sometimes nothing seems to work so then I take some acetaminophen.
