Prayer
I remind myself that this is a season and that no matter what Jesus is faithful. He provides what I lack, builds up what I have and gives rest when I'm weary. Homeschooling can be a lonely experience but it is one that increases my need for our Creator and that is a humbling and wonderful thing - to see how much I'm lacking may seem negative but I am learning this is a positive thing as it reminds me of my NEED for Him on a daily basis (sometimes when the day is challenging, it is on a minute to minute basis). I'm comforted to also know that I'm loved by the KING who knows me and goes before and after me, and He calls the weak, broken and fearful. Not perfection in me (my doing) but perfection in Jesus being. On a practical scale, I try to have make time to do at least one thing I enjoy apart from being mom, wife, etc. Lately, it's trying to cook healthier food to eat.
