Take a deep breath and slow down! There is no rush, and there are more ways to learn than sitting in a classroom or on the computer. Children will learn best when they are interested and passionate about a topic. Give encouragement rather than control ... allow the children to have some input and encourage self discovery.
Stop and enjoy the moment. This may be the most time you ever will spend with your child. Time goes so fast and one day they may not want to have mom around them. Cherish them. They grow up too fast!
My advice would be to focus on the positive changes, like getting to spend so much more time with your kids! You can take this opportunity to get to know them better! Also, know that you are not alone, everyone has stressful days, and no one is perfect! If you have more than one child, encourage them to spend more time together during this time and older children can even help younger children with some schoolwork! A lot of people think you have to know "everything" to homeschool, that's definitely not true! There are many useful resources on the internet, many of them free, to help you if you aren't sure about some things. Enjoy and good luck!
